Shropshire Mobility Repairs approached Now Web Design to assist with building themselves an Ecommerce website to sell their wide range of mobility solutions online. This included electric mobility scooters, cabin cars, stairlifts, mobility scooter accessories and batteries. The main goal of this website was to be as simple as possible to navigate, as the customer base that our client was targeting was within the older generation.
We completed this Ecommerce website design using large, bold, easy to read fonts, clear imagery and information, and a simple navigation menu. We added in custom functions to various forms throughout the site, including a VAT relief options and optional extras.

Wordpress Web Design
For our Ecommerce Web Builds we always use a Woocommerce plugin, which is an ecommerce plugin for WordPress; the CMS that Now Web Design use as standard. The Woocommerce plugin has given us the ability to customise the platform to suit the customers brand and promote their products efficiently, along with the ability to add custom functions to various forms throughout the site.
Shropshire Mobility Solutions Website Design
This Woocommerce WordPress Web Design was completed within a tight deadline, as our client had a scheduled launch date. We added in a vast range of products, along with product category pages and a built in blog feature. We also provided advertisement designs for our client, and continue to work with them to this day to enhance the SEO of their website. This includes adding specific keywords to each page and product, along with news posts to attract site visitors and potential buyers.

Branding & Logo Design
Initially, our client was after a modern approach to their existing branding, using the existing colour palette. We softened the colours slightly, pairing the red and blue with easy to read fonts and graphic icons. We presented various options to our client as it’s always best to present a vast variety of directions and visions that suits the business and the brand. In the end, our client decided to proceed with a revised version of their original logo, which was we updated with fonts and added in repair icons, as they didn’t want their customer base getting confused with a rebrand.
